2026 Mommy & Me Studio Mini Sessions
The MSP Mommy & Me Studio Mini Sessions are to celebrate all the wonderful Mother's out there for Mother's Day in May! Momma's, let's celebrate you and book a photo session with your kids! Give them memories that not only they will cherish forever, but for you to cherish well. These are also great for photos with Grandma as well.
The Mommy & Me sessions will take place in Megan Shaw Photography's studio located inside the Casey Jones Village. Directions to MSP's studio will be sent out with a session reminder a few days prior to your session.
The 2025 Mommy & Me Studio Mini Session will be $255 and will take place on Saturday, April 11th, 10 am - 1 pm.
**$155 of the $255 session fee will be due in order to book a time slot. This deposit is non-refundable of a no-show or last minute cancellation**
----> Please make sure you select the correct date and time that work best for you! MSP WILL NOT be able to switch time slots, even if you accidentally purchase the wrong day or time.

The fee will include:
- 15 minute session
- Session to take place indoors in MSP's studio (no outdoor shots)
- 20-40 digital images
- Print Release
- Private Online Gallery
- Four people MAXIMUM (including Mother).
- Session is only for Mom and Kiddos. Grandmother's are also welcome!
WHAT TO WEAR:
Moms & kiddos for the Mommy & Me sessions will be highly encouraged to wear only soft colors, like creams, neutrals, pastels, earth tones, soft pinks, etc. for this styled setup.
HOW TO BOOK A TIME SLOT:
Spots for the MSP Mommy & Me sessions will be limited and will go fast. When dates are open to purchase, you will be able to select a date and time on this same page via drop down menu. Once you have purchased your time slot, MSP will email you a digital contract to sign in order to verify your session time.
SESSION TIME: Tardiness on the client's part may result in reduced shooting time, which may result in less images presented by the photographer. The photographer cannot guarantee a time extension on sessions and will not cut into the shooting time of another session to make-up for lost time.
FINAL IMAGES: The images included in your final package are selected at the sole discretion of MSP. Megan chooses the best images for a collection of a minimum of 20 images. A digital link will be emailed within 3 weeks of your Mommy & me Mini Session by MSP.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CANCELLATIONS): Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given for a session cancellation. If a client must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your session by emailing MSP at [email protected]. If a client does cancel, the client will forfeit their time slot and MSP will open your time slot to another client.
If you purchase the wrong time slot, MSP WILL NOT be able to change your time slot after final purchase. So please READ CAREFULLY and make sure you select the correct time spot. All fees online will include a PayPal credit card processing fee.
NO REFUNDS will be given for dissatisfaction with your images. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, hair, or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. MSP will not give refunds due to lack of subject cooperation (i.e., upset, crying baby/toddler).
INJURIES:
The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties, injuries include but are not limited to bug/animal bites, bodily injury from falls or faulty props, and/or allergic reactions to foliage or materials at the session location. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

COPYRIGHT: Megan Shaw Photography retains all copyright and provides a personal print release with all downloads. Megan Shaw Photography may use images from Santa sessions for promotional use, both online, or in print.
