2026 Zinnia Field Minis
Summer is here, which means MSP's zinnia field is just about ready for photos this summer. And for a limited time, I've decided to open up zinnia field mini sessions. These mini sessions are great for families who want a quick session and updated family photos, a quick milestone session for a child, or a mini maternity session. Theses will take place outdoors at sunset & will take place on random nights starting in July.
-------> Time slots available are the only time slots that are open. Dates are first come, first serve. So if you want a certain date, make sure to grab it fast!
----> Please make sure you select the correct date and time that work best for you! MSP WILL NOT be able to switch time slots, even if you accidentally purchase the wrong day or time.

COST:
Full Session Total: $300
Deposit: $150 ($6 online processing fee added on)
Final Session Fee: $100 ($106 if paying via Venmo or Square)
***Deposit is required to reserve the date/time on MSP's calendar. And the final session fee due at the time of the session. ****
What this cost includes:
- 15 minute session
- 50-60 digital images
**emailed within 4 weeks by MSP**
- Online gallery to download images
- Print release
- The session fee of $300 includes a maximum of THREE children per session.
- However, you'd like to add one more child, there is an extra fee of $20.
- The maximum number of subjects per ONE session is FIVE (including parents).
- Please email MSP if you wish to add an extra child. MSP will invoice you for an extra child.
- Session will take place in Casey Jones Village outside of MSP's studio. MSP will email you the exact location and directions a week prior to your session date/time.

HOW TO BOOK A TIME SLOT:
To book a spot, please select your preferred date & time below.
**Please make sure to note the date and time that you book.**
WHAT TO WEAR:
MSP encourages any families participating in theses sessions to be dressed in cooler clothing, and/or any casual little dresses/outfits. Please note that you WILL BE in a garden and barefoot, so we encourage you not wear formal outfits (seeing that they might get dirty and it will be warm outside). Think beach, summer clothing.
SESSION TIME:
Tardiness on the client's part may result in reduced shooting time, which may result in less images presented by the photographer. The photographer cannot guarantee a time extension on sessions and will not cut into the shooting time of another session to make-up for lost time.
WEATHER/RESCHEDULING:
Due to the sessions being outdoors, MSP will have back up dates every week to reschedule in case of rain. When booking an outdoor Mini Session, the client must understand that in the event of super overcast skies, rain, thunder/lightning, or extreme winds that MSP has the right to reschedule the session. If the client cannot reschedule, they forfeit their spot and session fee.
FINAL IMAGES:
The images included in your final package are selected at the sole discretion of MSP. Megan chooses the best images for a collection of a minimum of 50. A digital link will be emailed within 4 weeks of your Mini Session by MSP.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (CANCELLATIONS):
Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given for a session cancellation. If a client must cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your session by emailing MSP at [email protected]. If a client does cancel, the client will forfeit their time slot and MSP will open your time slot to another client.
If you purchase the wrong time slot, MSP WILL NOT be able to change your time slot after final purchase. So please READ CAREFULLY and make sure you select the correct time spot. All fees paid online OR with Venmo/Square will include a credit card processing fee. To avoid the fee on the final session payment, the client can pay CASH. NO CHECKS will be accepted.
NO REFUNDS will be given for dissatisfaction with your images. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, hair, or weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. MSP will not give refunds due to lack of subject cooperation (i.e., upset, crying baby/toddler).
INJURIES:
The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties, injuries include but are not limited to bug/animal bites, bodily injury from falls or faulty props, and/or allergic reactions to foliage or materials at the session location. Client(s) will be responsible for their children and for themselves and release the photographer from any claims against their person or their business.
COPYRIGHT: Megan Shaw Photography retains all copyright and provides a personal print release with all downloads. Megan Shaw Photography may use images from Sunflower Mini sessions for promotional use, both online, or in print.
